List of common questions about Terex Dealer Portal

  • If you would like to change your password, you can use the "Need help signing in?" link on the Sign In page of "my.terex.com".
  • After entering your email address and clicking “Next”, an email to reset your password will be send to you.
  • You can register another account by using the "Register" link on the login screen of https://my.terex.com.
  • After registration the request will be sent for approval and you will receive email notifications.
  • Use the "Products" link in the top navigation.
  • Enter the product name in the search bar.
  • On the homepage you can use the "Select by product" box.

The "Terex MPS Portal" app can be found in both the Apple app store and the Google play store.

Note: My.Terex.com allows you to access all Terex brands in one location. There are individual apps per brand (due to document size).
  • Tap the "Files" button and select the "Downloaded" tab.
  • You will see all documents that you have downloaded to your device.
  • To delete a downloaded document swipe it to the left.
  • Confirm the deletion by tapping on the delete button.

To delete all documents from your device, tab the three dots in the header and select "Delete all".

  • On the home screen, under "Events / News" and under "Files" / "New and Updated" there is a "pull to refresh" functionality.
  • If you open these screens in the app you can pull the content down to check for updates.
  • Our parts books are serial number specific. Search for Parts Manuals by Serial Number in the search bar.
  • If multiple documents appear, you can use the Advanced search to filter the results to document type “Parts Manual”.
  • Each parts manual includes an O&M “Menu Sheet” specifying the required O&M by document and part number (please refer to above if you need support finding your parts manual).
  • Once you have this number, you can search this in the Search bar.
  • If multiple results appear, you can use the Advanced search to filter the results to find document type “Operators Manual”.
The Blue Book document type has been renamed and moved to Schematics.
