Green-Tec Strengthens Support Team with Appointment of Macklin McQuade

Green-Tec™, a Terex brand specialising in tree care and vegetation management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Macklin McQuade as Product Support Specialist, North America.
Macklin joins Green-Tec with over 15 years of experience in the heavy and industrial equipment sector, bringing a strong technical background and a customer-focused approach to his new role. He previously served as Technical Services Manager at Machinery Partner, where he helped to develop the company’s service function, delivered customer and technician training across the country and supported a wide range of application-specific use cases, helping customers maximise the performance and value of their equipment.
Macklin’s hands-on industry experience is underpinned by his education in Heavy Duty Diesel Technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology, providing a strong foundation in machinery systems, diagnostics, and field service support.
In his new role at Green-Tec, Macklin will be responsible for supporting the distribution network and providing the technical backing, training, and resources required to effectively support their customers and drive success in the field. He will also work closely with distributors and end users to improve product understanding, reduce downtime, and enhance overall machine performance.

Macklin also highlighted his enthusiasm for Green-Tec’s product range, particularly the TH3, noting his interest in developing further expertise in the tree care sector after previous experience in the aggregates industry.
